I was in conversation about this very subject at the Kibbe Dome in 2012. Indoor Duration is a subgroup, form a 501c3 non-profit so funding can begin with tax advantages to those who need this. I even have my personal views about how far the NFFS is willing to go, just a thought for the future.

Subject: [Indoor_Construction] Bob Brown's war on FAI competition

Just read with interest Bob Brown's latest salvo in his war on FAI competition in the most recent Model Aviation.

Despite his campaign promises to support competition in general, and FAI in particular, he as done the following:

- Cut FAI team funding
- Initiated processes to eliminate teams that fall below increasingly challenging performance and participation levels
- And now, is pressuring the FAI to "sunset" events "of little participation outside of Europe"

I wonder which classes he is talking about.
