A razor saw will just tear up the edge. Polyimide is not brittle so it does not shatter. I just use plain single edge razor blades that I buy at the hardware store (the carbon steel ones, magnetic, rather than the stainless steel blades) but polyimide tubes will cut with the good, thin double edge blades we use, too.
