Mine was mailed in and then they went to the new system right after and
it seems to be causing issues. I still have yet to get my stuff by email
or mail they now are telling me I did not get any email packet as the
contest is after March 31st so sanctions are not "official" for contests
after March 31st until they get their new insurance policy.
