Unfinished (unsanded) carbon prop outlines for F1D or F1M?
I've been working with these recently and think I have them down now.
Making the prop outlines is easy actually once you have the mold. The most difficult part is finding the Toray M60J tow. I have enough on-hand to do as many props as I need for a little while. The fiber is currently unobtainium via normal carbon suppliers.
I've found a source - pricy, but doable. I don't know if it is worth it to purchase some though.
How about LPP or F1M wing and/or stab tips? It is trivial to lay up a set of these now that I have the process down. This doesn't need expensive fibers luckily, I have suitable tow on-hand and could do these readily.
