two lamps you need to salt mine.
One of the installation, and starting.

The other during the flight model to illuminate.

Hi Tim,
from my visits to the salt mines I learned what is important in your choice of spotlights.
1) at least 1000 candles = 12000 lumens; most modern lights exceed that easily
2) need to have a very narrow light beam; hard to tell when you buy online. The beam radius at 50 m should be no larger than 2 m.
3) rechargeable is a neat idea; but where can you recharge it and how long does it take to get a full charge.
4) how long can it burn, 2 hrs is kind of short; need to have alternative power source. The locals brings car batteries to hook up to their spotlight, you need to have a similar option; there are a few AC outlets in the mine, but don't count on them.
5) use the spotlight only for flying, repair, preparing your flight use small headlights.
Hope this helps.
