The peculiar thing is that although I'm locked out of both the Indoor and FFML websites, I get the daily (or twice daily) digests, and can reply there. I won't know until the next digest hits the e-mail whether the reply got picked up, though.

I think they have an 800 number that I can call and maybe get it straightened out.
