torque vs. turns

I am familiar with the generic formula for Max. turns & for Max torque for a given motor. (recent discussion)
Is there a formula I can use to calculate the predicted torque at a specific number of turns for a specific motor ( I.E. motor length in inches & motor weight in grams)?
