Burr Stanton

I have been given about 10 model boxes of the late Burr Stanton's with various completed models in them . Most boxes have 2 or 3 airplanes in each. Most are indoor, but there are some outdoor bostonians and no-cals. I don't know much about Mr. Stanton and his airplanes, so if anyone can shed some light on him or them, I'd appreciate it. Most of the planes are in various states of disrepair, but a few look flyable. One in particular is called a "two way pennyplane". Appears to be one fuselage and wing with 2 stabs and 2 props. Converts from tractor to pusher by turning fuselage around and mounting canard at the end of tailboom, turning the wing around, and using a pusher prop. Did this actually work out well or at all? Besides an apparent fascination with canards (there are several) he built some planes from thinly sliced white beaded foam. Most of those have fallen apart. Did he have any success with them? Just asking out of curiosity. If anyone knew him well and would like any of these planes, just let me know. Thanks, Rey
