Thanks for posting the photos. That is a straight forward solution to what seemed like a complicated problem.
In addition to the .085" X .025" block, what are the Approx. sizes of your other three blocks?

Vlad,
          To be able to sand matched round tapered prop spars requires a simple jig made from hard wood (maple, oak) . A 90 degree groove is routed in the hard wood block. The groove is tapered over the length of the block. For example the groove might taper from .085 Inches to .025 inches over approximately the 10 inch length of the block. A square piece of balsa is put in the groove and the top exposed edge is sanded. Rotate the square and sand again. Continue rotating and sanding until your spar is round and flush with the top of the groove. I have been using this method for years. With practice the spar will be within a few thousandths in both weight and diameter over the length of the taper. I have several blocks with different amounts of taper. I posted a couple of pictures in the photo section titled rounding prop spars.
