Now I found the article and the chart on my bed.
I realized that I had made a mistake.
I had thought that the article was written by Stan Chilton in CHILTON'S CORNER, but it was not so.
The article was INDOOR RUBBER MOTORS written by Dick Hardcastle in INAV 80-81-82 issue.

If you are asking me, I do not know! I just took the formula that Kang presented and converted it. He should know if it is the same or not.
