Now I found the article and the chart on my bed.
 I realized that I had made a mistake.
 I had thought that the article was written by Stan Chilton in CHILTON'S CORNER, but it was not so.
 The article was INDOOR RUBBER MOTORS written by Dick Hardcastle in INAV 80-81-82 issue.
