We will need to come up with about $1000 from those who will fly the
record trials time slots. So we will have Saturday from 8am to 10pm and
Sunday from 8am to 10 pm. The CFFS club contest will be Sunday from 8am
to 4 or 5pm. The contest portion has been $30 per person entry fee and
most likely will stay that cost for the Sunday club contest portion. The
flying time all day Saturday (8am to 10pm) and Sunday 5pm to 10pm will
be the "Record trials" portion so we will need to come up with ~$1000 to
cover that additional cost as we typically take in $900-$1000 for the
regular contest. So if we have 10 people commit to the extra time that
is $100 each and the more the cheaper it will be per person and since we
do not have to pay until the day of the contest we can take a head count
and dived it out that way. As we get closer to the contest we can take a
firmer head count
