I posted an earlier message in this thread about the same thing. This year, the West Baden and Round valley Dome contests were on the same weekend. I spoke to Walt VG about this at the Nats and by phone since so that Walt could try to keep any West Baden date different from the Round Valley Dome date for next year: April 4-6, 2014. The proposed Kent State date, April 26, 2014, does not yet conflict with anything. Let's hope any West Baden date is also non-conflicting. But, is it not good that we need to worry about such things.

You may also want to check on whether the West Baden contest will be held again this year. Last year the West Baden contest was the week before Kent. As a result I had to pick one or the other and West Baden was the one that I picked. If the two contests were spread out a few weeks I would had attended both. I think the Round Dome contest last was also held very close to the Kent or West Baden Contest.
