Art,

Apply a smidge of thinned adhesive to the TOP of the film, nudge
formation of a small crease just outside the dihedral rib, and let
capillary action do most of the rest. The crease should mostly form itself.

The first SEVERAL times that I read the instructions, I did not
understand the adhesive was best applied to the top of the film. I
wanted to get the instructions clarified, but was largely unsuccessful.
