Handicapped parking at Urbana

If you have a placard, you can park in one of the handicapped spots.

"Hi Michael,
Until 01/01/2014, you can park at handicap accessible spots in lots and at UI meters 2 times per week. There is no limit to the number of times per week you can park at metered street parking.
