This is put out by the Athletics folks who run the Armory.

It has a lot of information on various restaurants/hotels/etc in the area much of it relevant for us.

I am also polling my local contacts for recommendations for restaurants that do delivery. (College towns seem to have a lot of mediocre restaurants.)
