Thanks for the clarifications. I will contact Greg Hahn.
If one person sets a new record & then it is broken, for example one week later, will they both receive record certificates? Assuming they both file the necessary paperwork in a timely fashion. How about one day later at a different contest?

Tom, Thanks for not applying for the record, but I will always know that your 7:48 is the new benchmark!
