For anyone interested, there is a new FAI Blue Book for teams in 2014 and beyond.

Some notable changes:
- Funding is now a $1,000 flat amount per team member (including TM)
- 100% funding requires 75 points, comprised of participation and performance metrics. The program gets 2 points per Team Selection Finals participant (3 points per Junior participant). The max performance value is 50 points (which we currently have achieved). This means that we need 13 Senior participants and 5 Junior participants in the finals for full funding of each team. If a team has less than 75 points, but more than 36 points, they receive 50% funding.
- The Senior team consists of 3 team members and a team manager. The Junior team consists of just 3 team members. The FAI Executive Committee can approve additional members (like a Junior TM).
