It was luck - just like my models' CG locations!

BTW - Kang was kind enough to not go into detail about my Cat 2 record
attempt at Kent. During the week between West Baden and Kent I had to
make some repairs to my model - one of which was to repair a tailbbom
break right in front of the rear post - which was also where my ballast
weight was attached. After the repairs I forgot to put the ballast
weight back on and so flew my one F1M flight with a model that was 150mg
underweight. Maybe next year will be better!
