West Badeb update 4/4/2013

All is under control at this point. An unfortunate late breaking issue
is that the hotel is charging tax on the $2500 fee bringing it to $2675.
This puts us $130 in the hole at this point in time. If no one else
signs up there will be about $8 per entrant extra in the final analysis.
I will provide a detailed accounting after the event and either ask for
the extra or issue refunds if we have extra money in hand. (not likely
at this point)

One point that I'm sure most of you are already aware of:

Since we have a contest sanction your first 5 or 6 (depending on the
event) flights will be entered as contest flights. Any potential record
applications can be made with one AMA member timer. After your contest
flights are finished you can continue to fly for record in any event but
the flights must be timed by two AMA member timers.
