Some clarifications from Walt:

Tables will be available. We're not sure how many. (I'll still bring my 3)

Saturday quitting time - Walt says that we should call last launch at 5:00 to be out of the atrium at 5:30. This may change but we will need to abide by whatever management specifies.

Sunday last launch will be at 5:30 (also subject to change).
