The Rockwell advice is great for buyers, but not for sellers.
If you are a seller, you want the highest price.

I want a roll of Y2K2 film, but it went over the price I was willing to pay early. I'll figure out some other way to cut 50mg for that price... It reminds me of the Wilder Winder that went for over $400. I got the exact same one for $150 because I was willing to wait.
