If you can carefully unroll a section and lay it on a black background (dark towel would work well) and take a picture of it I can probably give a you a reasonable ID. If it's real y2k2 the glue from the tape on the tissue will have likely soaked through and stuck to the film. It will be important open it carefully or it could rip down the length of the roll and be worthless
