Here's the latest info on West Baden. Walt has sent a message to the facility that we want the dates for sure. It may be Monday before he can confirm but hopefully will be sooner.

Walt is arranging for helium. We don't know at what price yet. We will have a helium club like at Kibbie or we will just add a little to the entry fee.

Flying hours will be from 9am until 6pm both days.

The lift will be available for retrievals but it may be only at the end of the day Sunday.

I have applied for a record trials sanction. I will be CD with Jeff Annis as alternate.

At present we have 13 attendees and one contributor. Which brings me to the next IMPORTANT question:

If you can't come to the event would you be willing to make a contribution toward the expense? If so please email me off list and let me know the amount.
