I think we have enough people committed to go ahead and do this. I just
talked to Walt who will try to finalize the deal.

More info from Walt:

The plants will not be removed but Walt says they are located around the
perimeter of the room.

Walt will inquire about room rates at the hotel.

Walt will talk to the AMA to find out whether we will be able to get a
contest sanction or a record trials sanction.

Walt is not a CD. I told him I was willing to be CD but would like to
find someone to share the duties. Of the people on the list so far I'm
not sure if there are any other CD's.
