Correct. Any sanctioned contest featuring F1D and at least three F1D competitors is valid for qualifying for the Team Selection contest.

For backwards compatibility, you can also still hold an old-style sanctioned Team Selection regional contest (separate checkbox on the sanction form, and a separate $20).
