Re: Issues with A2Z balsa wood?
I think it's important to keep in mind that every vendor makes some mistakes, every consumer has different acceptable levels of quality, and that balsa wood has a wide range in variations.
Nick isn't happy with the quality of the "new" IMS wood. It's a valid opinion. But the quality may be ok to others. Perhaps A2Z will address his issue.
Similarly with Don.
Then there are many of us who have had great experience with A2Z.
A2Z provides a *GREAT* service to the indoor community. It is the one-stop shop to many of our indoor supplies. Let's be sure that our opinions are aired in a balanced way.

In fact I bought a large quantity of Lew's wood from A2Z after the sale. Even the stuff that was what I wanted at the time was usable later. My issue is with the wood that A2Z is selling under the IMS brand name. The wood that was not cut by Lew. These sheets are often cracked, vary as much as .007" over a .013" sheet and are completely unusable.

Almost all of the wood used on my EZB's have come from A2Z. There have been rare mix up's in the orders. Each time, they offered to replace and reship the items.

If more TWB sheets were to be produced, I would buy them. I understand that A2Z has a lot of uncut wood of the highest quality. I now buy all of my wood from Nick Aikman -- the wood quality is very high and Nick spends a lot of time communicating with you making sure what you order is what you really want or need.
