Hi Mark.

The plan calls for fiberglass on a bias wrapped around an approximate 1/16" square form. No carbon involved AFAIK.

I made one but it was over target weight and I never used it.
It is difficult to work with this thin fiberglass wetted out without deforming it. Making tubes (instead of tissue) is substantially easier and they are far more robust. My next hubs will be made this way.
