Mark,

If you want to build a Nocal go with the FAC version as it is flown 99%
of the time. FAC use to allow Gampi but then banned it at some point.
Since USIC never flew the FAC version it was left as is so that is why
the two versions exist but USIC is the only place flying the special
version I know of.
