Spring rates for VP props

I am just curious if there is any consensus on spring rates for VP props.

Where do you think the beginning of a flip from high pitch should start on the torque band? And where should it end?

I did some measurements on one of my VP props and it looks to be 0.11 where it starts to move from high and completes by around 0.08 in-oz.
Somehow I am thinking that this is too switch-like and the spread in torque should be wider.
