Call for USIC volunteer

Mike K is doing great work with inside site contact, including working with the construction people to help ensure minimal impact on our event.

Can someone else take on the task of collecting and coordinating the processing and scoring desk volunteers?

- Collect names for all shifts
- Handle cancellations/changes
