The final schedule has been posted. I've included tune-up suggestions up to the point of stable dissent. I think the schedule will work well, and it has some useful new features.

Next up: USIC operations.

There will be a small team of event directors overseeing the contest operations. We will be flying, too, but nobody will perform event director duties directly related to an event they are competing in.

We need volunteers to staff the processing and scoring table. If we all pitch in and cover a shift or two while we aren't flying, we'll be all set.

We need volunteers to do the scale judging. Candidates will be thoroughly vetted by a team of independent lawyers (or, we'll take what we can get, whichever comes first).

We need a volunteer to coordinate the other volunteers, such as making sure the schedule is covered, and that volunteers have the information they need to process their event. The standard USIC processing equipment will be available. We will have the electronic scoring system, along with paper backup for the volunteers to use. Who's up for it?
