I don't think so, but it is very easy to do.
Form an outline. In the one prop I have done, I used 0.025" square for both the outline and 'ribs'. Wet the outline, bend around form and let dry. Glue straight 'ribs' to front/back - You'll have to bend them slightly over your form.
Apply pre-glued boron to the outline with a brush dipped in acetone. Also to the 'ribs'. This is the bottom of the prop.
When finished, wet everything and apply to the prop block. I suspect that using a 3 or 3.5% arc form where the ribs should go is best. Secure as normal until dry.
Apply boron to the top as before, also to the top of the ribs.
Fussy and time-consuming, but the prop is far stronger.
