I have been reading about the Kevlar and Carbon prop outline method by Lutz Schram, described in INAV 121 and 123. They describe the construction of the outlines but talk very little about the forming jigs. Since the method cures the twist of the blades during construction of the outline, the method for including the appropriate twist into the forms would be a key issue. Is there somewhere I could find further discussion about the construction of the forms? The forms in Issue 121 seem to be flat (no spanwise twist) while the forms in issue 123 seems to have significant twist. Also, the forms are assembled using fasteners. Is this done to create a trough to layup the carbon/Kevlar? Were the construction forms molded on a prop pitch block?
