hello starting F1D

Hello i want to start bilding en fly F1D
But now a have a drawing from a model(source decay)
This model have Compression ribs.
but on the photo's of F1D a never see Compression ribs .
is this required to make them ?
please wen you have better drawing please send it to me .
im new in the group and F1D .
