I think that high point will be in the correct place, but I'm too lazy to try to analyse it. Think of it this way. Align the diagonal rib (DR) perpendicular to the spar. The high point is the same percentage of chord as the right perpendicular rib (PR), but the rib is longer, so it measures further from the LE. As it is swung about the LE to its correct position diagonally, I think the high point comes forward to be at the same distance from the LE as the PR.

To pick the right simplex template for the DR, just divide the PR height by the DR chord to get the camber percentage. Then draw a template for that rib.
