Thanks, Art. It is a really good question. I once was able to
rationalize my answer, but am not as sure as I would like to be.
Throwing something partially right to this list sometimes promotes a
clearer understanding for me and perhaps others. I do this accidentally
and occasionally intentionally. I'm unsure to which category this one
belongs. <Grin>
