Since missing in above list, the formula I've used many times appeared in Sympo 1979, Chris Matsuno's "A Cookbook Approach to Rubber Testing." Formula requires drawing graph having torque and turns axes, which sounds like what you are doing. Tried to find article for ya, but can't find- too many moves I guess.
