This is interesting, as the batches that I have tested since 2009 (not
all of them) have been quite consistent in energy return. Has the
consistency dropped this year? What are the three other batches that you
tested? Did you test by winding? How did you define the max turns that
you wound the motors to? Is the 6/12 the same cross section as the other
three batches?
