Currently 60% have voted for either "The Builder of the Model rule should remain in place for all AMA and FAI Indoor FF events" or "The Builder of the Model rule should remain in place for all AMA Indoor FF events". I wonder if they really do NOT want to add a non BOM event (Sportsman event) or did they not understand the intend of option three? See below.

That's what I was thinking.

It's what I did with the "Sportsman" LPP event at USIC: those who participated in the LPP Pro/Am on Saturday could use their loaner models to fly on their own in the non-BOM Sportsman class on Sunday.

So, something along those lines.
