Agree, which is why I repeated "if" , once in capitalization. My derision of the present rule was supposed to show it's silly to try to define BOM intentions or needs in terms of what kit makers do, have done, or will do. Might (kinda?) work for outdoor, not indoor. Obviously a typical IMS kit is no threat to indoor BOM, but neither should any possible kit be any kind of guideline to the BOM behavior we intend for competition.
