Just building an MK-IV with tissue - using a 6% Simplex 'foil - so busy
warping outlines. Think I'll use a fairly heavy balsa prop, can formed
from 1/32 sheet instead of the plastic one.
Get it done and trimmed, then to school to show the tech class -
building some kind of stick and tissue will be next project.
The first one, a "foamie" CLG with the challenge to make the longest
flight down the school hallway. They started thursday, on Fri. most had
something built and were working on trimming. They're really into it,
teacher said it's the most interest and go-go they have shown by far.
