Hi LeRoy,

Per the ruling at a previous WC, it is not OK to steer from the rear of any component (except, apparently, the propeller). In other words, you can't push on the rear of the wing or the rear of the stab.

You must steer from the front of the component (wing, stab, etc.), even if that component is on the back of the model.
