I uploaded a file with results and photos from USIC 1987, the first year that USIC was held in Johnson City. USIC started in 1982 at West Baden and had stints in Detroit and Niagara Falls. It took 5 years before USIC found its home in Johnson City.

That makes 26 years in Johnson City.

Here is the uploaded file:

A few things that I noticed from this report:

- People loved the Minidome in Johnson City
- Richard Doig beat Jim Richmond in F1D, with both using Variable Diameter (VD) props. Romak was third.
- Lots of familiar names, old and current
- EZB was the most popular event, with 45 entrants. Won by Jerry Nolin.
- LPP was next, with 44 entrants. Won by Jim Clem.
- Black and white photos look 50 years old!
- There's a great photo of a bunch of guys looking at Doig's VD.
