Aki-san,

I make the rib shape that I want out of a sheet of 1mm balsa. Then I use
the balsa to bend aluminum wire in the shape of the form. Lastly, I CA the
bent wire to the balsa form. Then I use a razor blade to slice ribs with
the template.
