Yes. To me it seemed that in the morning rounds the very start was often
OK, but as soon as the sunspots came out, then the air got really
turbulent, settling towards the end of the round (for some reason). Then
in the afternoon it was often turbulent and drifty, but improved towards
the end of the round. On the last two days (flying on my own "pole" so
having the whole round for myself as the only Finn in the contest) I
spent the afternoon pondering if the weather is stable enough to fly, or
if I should wait a bit more. Expecting that the weather would stabilize,
but also the light would reduce, making following the model and possibly
steering more difficult...
