I think it will be impossible to hold the WC in Japan, though there are some
large domes that are suitable for holding the WC in.
No organizer, no sponsor, no official, no timer, no money, etc, etc.

Our regular gym is not Cat1 but low Cat2, 9m ceiling, and I think the gym is
the best one in the world for me to fly indoor models. Flat stepped ceiling
and very few obstacles. But it is difficult to have a flying session on
Saturday and Sunday.
The Cat1 gym that was used for cat1 record trials is not our regular one and
it is not easy to rent.
