What I've been seeing for the last few months is an apparent shortage of helium nationwide. Or at least a reluctance by dealers to sell to anyone other than their regular industrial customers. Getting helium at Kent was difficult and expensive. Helium at USIC took a lot of coordination and was only available at one our two places near Johnson City.
