The USIC No-cal is a hybrid No-cal event. FAC rules require scoring as
best 3 of 3 flights and has no min weight. USIC is best 1 of 5 and 6.2
gram min which has made the event essentially a Hosler Fury contest. I
would vote for adopting FAC no-cal rules and scoring for the event to
allow more models to fly and also to allow the winner of the event to
get a FAC kanone for winning. USIC is the only place I know of that
still uses a min weight on the No-cal model.
