Single cell Cautery was Variable low Temp disposable Cautery

Ray,

Thank you very much for the tip about using only one cell in a cautery. I
thought that would be a good idea, be never thought of cutting and
re-bending the brass strip to eliminate one of the cells. I was thinking
of asking my friend to turn a dummy AA from aluminum. I tried your
suggestion and am glad to report that it worked just great. It cut the
film with no pull and no sign of burning the balsa.
