We were at my daughter's for Mother's Day brunch, and she served a French Toast the likes of which I've never experienced. It made me think of my coming 5 days in Tennessee eating Paula Deen food.

I mentioned it and she reached in the cabinet and got out the recipe....Yup, Paula Deen. I don't see how a slab of bread can absorb that much butter.
